                               RESOLUTION NO. 18735
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF 
                   PUBLIC WORKS, STREETS AND AIRPORTS TO MAKE 
                   PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($190.00) TO STANFORD 
                   PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY FOR ADJUSTMENT 
                   OF A SANITARY SEWER SERVICE LINE AT 4701 
                   METRO PARK LANE.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of Public Works, 
       Streets and Airports be and is hereby authorized to make payment 
       in the amount of $190.00 from the Sewer Trust Fund to Stanford 
       Plumbing and Heating Company for adjustment of a sanitary sewer 
       service line at 4701 Metro Park Lane.
